PRICING

Spaceballs reserves the right to change pricing without notice.

BACKORDERS

Should the need arise, backorders will be filled in the order they were received.

ORDER INFORMATION

Orders received by 12:00 non Pacific Time will be shipped that same day, pending credit approval and availability.

DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING

Most of our orders ship with UPS. If your order arrives in a damaged box, please ask the driver to note his drivers log, then call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 for an inspection report. Please keep the original package and contents for inspection. Truck line shipments that arrive damaged must have the driver note damages on all copies of freight bills.

SHORTAGES

If your order arrives, but is short (does not amount to what you ordered), call Spaceball’s order desk within 48 hours to notify them.

Returns

All returned orders must have a return goods authorization (RGA) from Spaceball’s order desk before they are returned. RGA numbers must appear on the package address label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns must be in like new condition and resaleable. Return freight charges to be paid by customer.

RESTOCKING CHARGES

Your account will be charged a 25% restocking charge for orders returned due to customer error (i.e., ordering wrong size, shipping to wrong location, etc.).

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

For security purposes, credit card information is stored on a third party server and is not retained at Spaceball’s or on Spaceball’s server.
